Definition
Wood-tar oil. A complex combination of organic compounds obtained by the vacuum distillation of wood tar. It boils in a range of approximately 110°C to 290°C (230°F to 554°F). Composed primarily of phenols, fatty acids, ester, ketones and alcohols.
