Description

BRD-IN-3 ((R,R)-36n) is a highly potent PCAF bromodomain (BRD) inhibitor, with an IC50 of 7 nM. BRD-IN-3 also exhibits activity against GCN5 and FALZ[1]. IC50: PCAF BRD[1].
