Middlebrook 7H10 Agar Base has been used in the culturing of Mycobacterium immunogenum. It has also been used in the drug susceptibility testing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It is also recommended for isolation and cultivation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
