4-[[(2E)-1-Oxo-2-nonene-4,6,8-triynyl]amino]benzoic Acid, is the new ene-triyne antibiotic, isolated form the fungus Baeospora myosura. It is most potent against Gram-positive bacteria, while it was less active against Gram-negative bacteria and a yeast.
