Uses

Reactive Dark Blue M-2ge is suitable for dyeing cotton and viscose fibers, especially for one-bath dyeing of polyester-cotton and polyester-viscose fibers with disperse dyes. The dyeing temperature is 40℃ and the fixing temperature is 60℃.

Preparation

4-Aminobenzenesulfonic aciddiazo, in acid conditions coupled with 4-Amino-5-hydroxynaphthalene-2,7-disulfonic acid, and 2,4-Diaminobenzenesulfonic acid the 2,4,6-Trichloro-1,3,5-triazinecondensation, again with a between, 2-(4-Aminophenylsulfonyl)ethyl hydrogen sulfatecondensation, again diazo, coupled with single accidentally nitrogen compounds.

Properties and Applications

navy blue. Dark powder. Soluble in water, 50 ℃ in the solubility of 80 g/L. The high temperature stability is fine, the acid stability is good.Mainly used for cotton, viscose fiber dyeing, suitable for exhaust dyeing method, also applies to hemp, silk dyeing, also suitable for discharge printing.
