Analgesics: increased risk of haemorrhage with IV

Interferes with laboratory monitoring of
prothrombin time - monitor anticoagulation closely
Metabolism
Danaparoid sodium is mainly eliminated by renal
excretion and animal experiments indicate that the liver is
not involved in its metabolism.
