mediated endocytosis, LLME undergoes a condensation process catalyzed by dipeptidyl peptidase I (DPPI) in lysosomes. This condensation leads to lysosomal rupture and DNA fragmentation in DPPI-
expressing immune cells such as cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells.
