Description
23-Dihydroganoderic acid N, a triterpenoid compound, has anticancer effects, shows sensitive to MCF-7 cells among NCI-H460, HeLa, U937, and MCF-7 cells.
Uses
Ganoderic acid T-N, a triterpenoid, is a H5N1 and H1N1 influenza neuraminidase (NA) inhibitor with IC50s of 2.7 μM and42μM, respectively. Ganoderic acid T-Q shows cytotoxicity against MCF7 cells (CC50=24.4μM)[1].
