Uses

4-Aminobicyclo[2.2.2]octane-1-carboxylic Acid can be used in the preparation of AA-115/APG-115, potent and orally active murine double minute 2 inhibitor useful in cancer treatment. It can be useful in structure activity optimization of 6H-pyrrolo[2,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrazines as Jak1 kinase inhibitors. It may also be useful in the preparation of PI3Kγ inhibitors.
