Description
Tanacetum vulgare is a strongly aromatic weed growing in uncultivated areas, along roadsides, rivers ete. Grows all over Europe and in N orth America.
Contains the sesquiterpene lactones arbusculin-A and tanacetin. It is used as a herbai remedy, for seasoning and for making a tea; oil used as a vermifuge and in perfumery.
