General Description
A highly sensitive fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) peptide substrate (excitation max.: ~350 nm; emission max.: ~490), based on the GVNLDAEF sequence derived from the β-secretase site of the Swedish mutation of Amyloid Precursor Protein.
