Description
N-(Azido-PEG4)-N-Boc-PEG3-t-butyl ester enables Click Chemistry with alkyne such as DBCO , BCN or Propargyl reagent. Boc and the t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions.
Uses
N-Azido-PEG4-N-Boc-N-PEG3-Boc is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. N-Azido-PEG4-N-Boc-N-PEG3-Boc is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
