Urinary Pregnanetriol 3α-O-β-D-Glucuronide can be used for both the immediate prediction and the detection of ovulation. Measurement of urinary Pregnanetriol 3α-O-β-D-Glucuronide is a useful method of detecting neonates with 21-hydroxylase deficiency (21-OHD) among referred neonates.
