  • 生物活性 m-3M3FBS 是一种有效的磷脂酶C (PLC) 激活剂。m-3M3FBS 刺激人中性粒细胞产生超氧物，上调细胞内钙离子浓度，刺激多种细胞产生磷酸肌醇。m-3M3FBS 诱导单核细胞白血病细胞凋亡 (apoptosis)。
  • 体外研究

    m-3M3FBS (5-50 μM) stimulates the formation of inositol phosphates in U937 cells.
    m-3M3FBS (50 μM; 24 hours) inhibits the growth of the leukemic cell lines U937 and THP-1, but not primary monocytes.
    m-3M3FBS (50 μM; 24 hours) induces U937 cell apoptosis.
