- 生物活性 6-OAU (GTPL5846, 6-n-octylaminouracil) 是一种 G protein-coupled receptor 84 (GPR84) 的替代激动剂，可在存在Gqi5嵌合体的HEK293细胞中激活人GPR84，在PI分析中的EC50值为105 nM。6-OAU (GTPL5846, 6-n-octylaminouracil) 可增加[35S]GTPγS掺入的Sf9细胞膜中人GPR84-Gαi融合蛋白的表达，对应的EC50值为512 nM。
