顺式-桑皮苷 A性质、用途与生产工艺

  • 生物活性 cis-Mulberroside A (Mulberroside D) 是 Mulberroside A 的顺式异构体。Mulberroside A 是桑树 (Morus alba L.) 中的主要生物活性成分之一。Mulberroside A 可降低 TNF-α，IL-1β 和 IL-6 的表达，抑制 NALP3，caspase-1 和 NF-κB 的激活以及 ERK，JNK 和 p38 的磷酸化 。Mulberroside A 具有抗炎和抗细胞凋亡作用。Mulberroside A 对蘑菇酪氨酸酶 ( tyrosinase) 具有抑制活性，IC50 为 53.6 μM。
  • 体内研究

    Mulberroside A (10, 20, and 40 mg/kg) decreases serum uric acid levels and increases urinary urate excretion and fractional excretion of uric acid in hyperuricemic mice.

    Animal Model: Male Kun-Ming mice (20±2 g)
    Dosage: 5, 10, 20, and 40 mg/kg; the dose volume 10 mL/kg body weight
    Administration: Orally initiated at 9:00 a.m.
    Result: 10, 20, and 40 mg/kg significantly increased urinary urate excretion in 24 h, resulting in a remarkable elevation of fractional excretion of uric acid (FEUA), and the highest dose completely reversed FEUA alteration of hyperuricemic mice to normal.
