bax基因是人体最主要的凋亡基因，属于bcl-2基因家族，编码的Bax蛋白可与Bcl-2形成异二聚体，对Bcl-2产生阻抑作用。研究发现Bax/Bcl-2两蛋白之间的比例关系是决定对细胞凋亡(Apoptosis)抑制作用强弱的关键因素，因此认为，bax是极重要的促细胞凋亡(Apoptosis)基因之一。Bax的表达更为广泛，它可出现在肝细胞、肾小管上皮细胞、呼吸系上皮细胞和支气管平滑肌、血管平滑肌细胞中。

随机分为两组,即空白组(30只)、模型组(90只)。模型组行兔股骨头坏死动物造模后再随机分为3组：盐水组、对照组、实验组各30只动物。空白组正常饲养,不给予任何药物治疗。盐水组给予0.9%生理盐水0.70ml/次,每三日一次髋关节腔灌注。
对照组给予冠心宁注射液每三日一次髋关节灌注0.70ml/次。实验组给予活骨注射液每三日一次髋关节灌注,剂量0.70ml/次。造模术后两周开始治疗,各组按1、3、6、9、12周时间点分批处死动物,每批每组6只,进行检测。 采用免疫组化、Real-time PCR及Western blot三种方法检测兔股骨头缺血性坏死修复过程中VEGF、bFGF、IGF-1蛋白的表达情况。
