15-keto-17-phenyl trinor Prostaglandin F2α (15-keto-17-phenyl trinor PGF2α)是一种 F 系列前列腺素 (PG) 类似物，已被批准用作眼部降压药。15-keto-17-phenyl trinor Prostaglandin F2α (15-keto-17-phenyl trinor PGF2α)的 C-15 羟基氧化和酰胺水解产生 15-酮-17-苯基三去甲 PGF2α。15-酮-17-苯基三去甲 PGF2α 是给动物施用时15-keto-17-phenyl trinor Prostaglandin F2α (15-keto-17-phenyl trinor PGF2α)的潜在代谢产物。15-酮 PG 类似物是其相应原料药化合物商业制剂中的潜在微量杂质。尽管 15-酮 PG 的效力远低于母体化合物，但当以 1 μg/眼的剂量给药时，它仍能使正常食蟹猴的眼压略微下降（1 mm Hg），但幅度可测量。15-酮拉坦前列素（15-酮-17-苯基-13,14-二氢三甲 PGF2α 异丙酯）是正常猫眼的缩瞳剂，在 5 μg/眼的剂量下可使瞳孔直径缩小 8 mm。同样，它不如许多其他 F 型 PG 的效力强；例如，PGF2α 在剂量低于 1 μg/眼时会产生这种程度的缩瞳。
