该产品的合成是将二亚胺基异吲哚啉的乙二醇单加合物与N-甲基氰基乙酰胺在氨水溶液中共热,然后用硅酸处理,再与巴比妥酸缩合而得。反应方程式
操作方法
14.5g 1-氨基-3-亚氨基异吲哚啉与4.9g氰基乙酰甲胺在50ml甲醇中回流2h,得到10g亮黄色缩合物。
4.52g上述缩合物与2.52g巴比妥酸在80ml醋酸中回流反应,可得6.6g黄色产品。
