m-PEG5-t-buyl ester is a PEG linker containing a t-butyl ester. The t-butyl protected carboxyl group can be deprotected under acidic conditions. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.

m-PEG5-Boc is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
