Definition
Naphtha, shale oil, light hydrocracked. is a complex combination of hydrocarbons from distillation of the product from a hydrocracking process for which the feed is shale oil. It consists predominantly of saturated hydrocarbons having carbon numbers predominantly in the range of C5 through C10 and boiling in the range of approximately 25.degree.C to 160.degree.C (77.degree.F to 320.degree.F).
