Definition
The complex combination of hydrocarbons obtained in the production of 1,6-hexanediol. It consists predominantly of alcohols, glycols, and oxides of hydrocarbons having carbon numbers predominantly in the range of C1 through C6 and boiling in the range of approximately 60.degree.C to 195.degree.C (140.degree.F to 383.degree.F).
