Definition
Pentene, hydroformylation products is a complex combination of products produced by the hydroformylation of pentene. It consists predominantly of C5 olefins and paraffins, C6 alcohols and aldehydes, and C18 acetals and boils in the range of approximately 45.degree.C to 290.degree.C (113.degree.F to 554.degree.F).
