Hydrocarbons, C&EGT;20, petroleum wastes is a complex combination of hydrocarbons produced as waste material from slop oil, sediments, and water. It consists of hydrocarbons having a carbon number predominantly greater than C20 and boiling above approximately 350.degree.C (662.degree.F).
