Uses
Adenosine Cyclic 2'',3''-Phosphate 5''-Phosphate can be used in biological study for 2'':3''-cyclic PAP, sulfuryl group acceptor in a reaction catalyzed by phenol sulfotransferase. It can also be used in biological study for effect of adenine nucleotides on myo-inositol-1,4,5-trisphosphate-induced calcium release.
Definition
ChEBI: Adenosine-5'-phosphate-2',3'-cyclic phosphate is a 2',3'-cyclic purine nucleotide that is AMP in which the hydroxy groups at the 2' and 3' positions have been converted into the corresponding cyclic phosphate. It is a 2',3'-cyclic purine nucleotide, an adenosine bisphosphate and an adenyl ribonucleotide. It is functionally related to an adenosine 5'-monophosphate.
