Uses
GSTP1-1 inhibitor 1 (compound 6b) is an irreversible, long-acting, glutathione S-transferase inhibitor with an IC50 of 21 μM targeting GSTP1-1 . GSTP1-1 is a key tumor suppressor target, and GSTP1-1 inhibitor 1 has potential anticancer activity[1].
