XH161-180 is a potent and orally active ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 2 (USP2) inhibitor. XH161-180 decreases the protein of cyclin D and ACE2. XH161-180 shows antiproliferative activity. XH161-180 has the potential for the research of cancer and virus infection depending on ACE2[1].
