Description
Lipid U 105 is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa = 6.65) that has been used in the generation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for the delivery of circular RNA in vitro and in vivo.1 LNPs containing lipid U 105 and encapsulating circular RNA encoding VEGF-A increase the levels of VEGF-A in, and increases the proliferation and migration of, human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). Topical administration of the same LNPs increases wound healing in a mouse model of diabetes induced by a high-fat and -sugar diet.WARNING This product is not for human or veterinary use.
