Antiviral agent 33 (compound 1c) is a double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) virus inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.0790 and 0.1572 μM for VACV and AdV5, respectively. Antiviral agent 33 also has potential for oral administration[1].
