Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia Protein IN-1 is an inhibitor of ENL YEATS domain with an IC50 value of 14.5 nM. Eleven-Nineteen-Leukemia Protein IN-1 interacts with ENL protein and enhances the thermal stability of ENL protein in vitro[1].
