ENPP1 inhibitor 43 is an inhibitor of ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase family member 1 (ENPP1; K_i = 41 nM).¹ It inhibits tumor growth in an LLC1 murine lung cancer model when administered orally or intravenously at doses of 10 and 100 mg/kg, respectively.
