Though usefulbeing nanoparticulate it has stability problems in biological samples. So NTA-lipid conjugate is majorly used as liposomes or as a coating to nanoparticle. DGS-NTA (Ni) based nanosize multillamelar vesicles (NMVs) are potent vaccine delivery system.
