Uses
Davoceticept (ALPN-202; CD80 vIgD-Fc) is a variant CD80 vIgD-Fc fusion protein targeting CTLA-4 and PD-L1. Davoceticept consists of the (1-107) fragment of CD80 linked to IGHG1 Fc via a peptidyl linker. The expression system of Davoceticept is usually CHO (Chinese Hamster Ovary) cells[1].
