Uses
DBCO-PEG4-VA-PBD is a agent-linker conjugate for ADC by using the antitumor antibiotic, Pyrrolobenzodiazepine (PBD), linked via DBCO-PEG4-VA[1]. DBCO-PEG4-VA-PBD is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
