Uses
BDP8900 is a potent and selective inhibitor of myotonic dystrophy-related Cdc42-binding kinases (MRCKα and MRCKβ). BDP8900 reduces substrate phosphorylation, leading to morphological changes, motility inhibition and invasiveness of cancer cells[1].
