Description
1,2-Dipalmitoyl-3-stearoyl-
rac-glycerol is a triacylglycerol that contains palmitic acid at the
sn-1 and
sn-2 positions and stearic acid at the
sn-3 position. It has been found in ostrich and emu oils as well as cow milk fat.
