N-(Boc-PEG4)-NH-PEG4-t-butyl ester is a small molecule intermediate containing an amino group, a t-butyl ester and Boc protected amino group. The amino group can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, and carbonyls. The protected amine can be deprotected under acidic conditions.

N-(Boc-PEG4)-NH-PEG4-NH-Boc is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].
