Production Methods
The commercial production of quinaminoprole follows the modern fine chemical manufacturing model typical of heterocyclic agrochemicals. As a pyrazole–pyrimidine fungicide industrial synthesis centres on constructing the chlorophenyl substituted pyrazole core and linking it to the quinazolinamine moiety through an ether bridged side chain. Production would be carried out in controlled, multi step batch processes using anhydrous conditions, selective heterocycle forming reactions, and solvent based purification to achieve technical grade material.
