Uses
BMS-196085 is an orally active, potent and selective full agonist against human β3 adrenergic receptor with a Ki value of 21 nM. BMS-196085 also has partial agonist activity at the β1 receptor. BMS-196085 is promising for research of obesity and type-II diabetes[1][2].
