C.I. Acid yellow 172 is an acidic yellow dye that can be adsorbed and removed by bentone.

3-Aminobenzenesulfonamide diazo, and 2,5-Bichloro-4-(3-methyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydropyrazol-1-yl)benzenesulfonic acid coupling.
Properties and Applications
yellow. Can be used for wool, silk, polyamide fiber dyeing and wool, silk fabric in direct printing. Levelness and discharge good sex.
