SnAP Reagents provide a one-step route, in tandem with various aldehyde substrates, to saturated N-heterocycles. The synthesis of N-Heterocycles through SnAP Reagents require mild reaction conditions and aldehydes bearing aryl, heteroaryl, aliphatic, halogenated and glyoxylates are well tolerated.
