2,5-Dibromobicyclo[4.2.0]octa-1,3,5-triene (2,5-DBrBC) is a material intermediate that can be used to prepare the CS-BCB monomer. The cured CS-BCB resin exhibits excellent dielectric, mechanical and thermal properties and is widely used in high-performance electronic interlayer materials[1].
