Lifeact peptide is a fusion structure of BP100 bound to actin. BP100 (KKLFKKILKYL-amide) is an antimicrobial peptide against plant pathogens that acts as a fast and effective cell penetrant to transport fluorescent test cargo into the cytoplasm of plant cell walls[1].
