ChEBI: 1-[4-[1-(1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]decan-8-yl)-4-(8-oxa-3-azabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-3-yl)-6-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidinyl]phenyl]-3-methylurea is a member of ureas.
Biological Activity
A highly potent, ATP-competitive, and specific mTOR kinase inhibitor. Shows an anti-proliferative activity against a variety of tumor cell lines. WYE-132 causes inhibition of protein synthesis and cell size, induction of apoptosis, and cell cycle progression.
