Preparation
The preparation method of ganoderic acid C2 is as follows:
(1) Weigh the raw material of ganoderic acid extract by-product, add a certain amount of anhydrous ethanol in a ratio of 1:5, dissolve by sonication, centrifuge the solution and take the supernatant to pass through a 0.45μm filter membrane to obtain ganoderic acid stock solution for medium-pressure preparation;
(2) HPLC determination of the liquid collected by medium-pressure preparation to obtain a mixture of ganoderic acid A, B and C2, evaporate to dryness in a water bath and use for high-pressure preparation;
(3) After evaporation of the mixture of ganoderic acid A, B and C2, add an appropriate amount of methanol to dissolve, pass through a membrane, purify the filtrate by high-pressure preparation, determine the liquid collected by high-pressure preparation by HPLC to obtain ganoderic acid monomers, and then recrystallize to obtain pure ganoderic acid C2.
