(t-Butyldimethylsilyl)diphenylphosphine is a reagent used as diphenylphosphino group source in acidic, basic, metal-catalyzed carbon–phosphorus bond formation. Also used as silyl group source for silylation of alcohols.

Подготовка

reaction of lithium diphenylphosphide with t-butyldimethylchlorosilane in THF, or reaction of chlorodiphenylphosphine and t-butyldimethylchlorosilane with magnesium in THF.
