1. Product Description

Sodium Dehydroacetate is the sodium salt of dehydroacetic acid, widely used as a preservative with strong antifungal and antibacterial properties. It is stable over a wide pH range and exhibits low volatility. Available in both Food Grade (complying with FCC/EU regulations) and Industrial Grade (for non-food applications).
