A method for preparing a 10-chloro-Benzo[kl]xanthene compound, comprising the steps of:
s1, under the
protection of nitrogen or inert gas, taking 1, 8-dibromonaphthalene and
2-methoxy-5-chlorobenzeneboronic acid as raw materials, and carrying out
Suzuki coupling reaction under the catalytic action of palladium
tetratriphenylphosphine to synthesize a compound of formula (I);
s2, demethylating
the compound of the formula (I) synthesized by the S1 and boron
tribromide to synthesize a compound of a formula (II);
s3, carrying out
dehydrobromination cyclization reaction on the compound of the formula
(II) synthesized by the S2 under alkaline conditions to obtain a
10-chlorobenzo [ kl ] xanthene compound shown in the formula (III);
