Leukadherin 1 is a small molecule agonist that enhances CD11b/CD18-dependent cell adhesion to its ligand ICAM-1 (1). Complement receptor 3 (CR3, CD11b/CD18) is a cell surface receptor expressed on myeloid and natural killer cells (2).
