Np-10 has good wetting, emulsifying, dispersing and leveling properties. It can be used as the main raw material for synthetic detergents and as industrial auxiliary, and is widely used in textile, paper, petroleum, metallurgy and other industries.
The synthesis method of green modified Np-10 includes the following steps:
① Put a certain proportion of glucose into the reaction kettle, dissolve it with an appropriate amount of deionized water, and make the reaction system uniform by stirring.
② Add an appropriate amount of catalyst and control the dropwise addition at an appropriate temperature Nonylphenol, keep the reaction temperature and continue to ripen for 30 minutes after the dropwise addition.
③The temperature is raised to 100-120℃ for 1 hour, dehydration is carried out, and ethylene oxide is continuously fed under control of a certain temperature and pressure. After the ethylene oxide is passed through, the reaction temperature is maintained for 1 hour, and then an appropriate amount of acid is added to adjust the pH of the material before discharging.
